Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in original packaging and condition
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Include proof of purchase
• Not be digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

Workshop Cancellations

Workshop bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
